  • chicken stock - 0.25 cup

    1/4 cup mirin or chicken stock

  • cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

    1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • country - 4 servings

  • sesame oil - 2 teaspoons

    2 teaspoons dark sesame oil

  • garlic - 1 tablespoon

    1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh garlic

  • ginger root - 1 tablespoon

    1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root

  • honey - 1 tablespoon
