Ingredients

  • grapeseed oil - 2 tablespoons

    2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

  • coconut oil - 2 tablespoons

  • scallions - 7

    7 scallions, chopped (keep white/light green ends separate from dark green tops)

  • garlic - 5 cloves

    5 cloves of garlic, chopped

  • cauliflower - 1 head

  • brown rice - 3 cups

    3 cups of cooked brown rice, cold

  • broccoli - 2 cups

    2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped small

  • peas - 1 cup

    1 cup frozen peas

  • soy sauce - 3 T

    3 T reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • sesame oil - 2 teaspoons

    2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

  • sesame seeds - 8 servings

    toasted sesame seeds, optional

  • additional scallion tops - 8 servings
